All orders are non-refundable, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. It is important that you check our sizing charts provided to ensure you choose the correct sizing, as we do not offer returns/refunds for wrong sizing. However, if an item arrives damaged or defected, please send an email to support@relearn.org, and we will be happy to resolve the issue on unused products. If you are returning apparel that has a barcode sticker please make sure that the sticker is not removed.
